
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on most orders over $149.99 (before taxes) and under 40 lbs. If your order qualifies, it will be shipped by courier at no cost to you. Orders under $149.99 ship at very affordable rates, shown at checkout prior to payment.
Restrictions:
- Free shipping does not apply to items over 40 lbs, oversized items, or items requiring a freight carrier.
- Certain items may be excluded from free shipping due to size, shape, or highly competitive pricing. These products may display a fixed freight rate on our site.
- Remote destinations may be excluded if shipping costs are unreasonably high.
- Orders picked up in-store instead of shipped do not receive any additional discount.
If an order requires additional freight charges, you will be contacted before it ships. You may choose to accept or cancel the order at that time.
P.O. Boxes & Delivery Locations
- We can only ship small orders to P.O. Boxes. Larger orders must be shipped to a physical address.
- For your protection, a signature is required upon delivery.
- Orders can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card. To ship to a different address, please use PayPal and add a verified secondary address.
Freight Shipments
Large items requiring freight delivery will ship via freight carrier. Most freight charges are shown at checkout and are accurate in the vast majority of cases. If additional costs apply, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Freight delivery is curbside or dock delivery only. Carriers will not move freight shipments into your home, shop, or workplace.
Delivery Times
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.
- If items are out of stock, you will be notified of any delays.
- No delivery dates are guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier.
Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate street address with postal code. Federated Tool is not responsible for:
- Delayed, lost, or misdirected shipments due to inaccurate addresses.
- Additional charges caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
We will attempt to contact you if there is an issue, but it is your responsibility to provide correct information.
Shipping Delays
We ship using trusted third-party carriers such as UPS and Purolator, but once a shipment leaves our facility, delivery times are outside of our control.
- We provide tracking information whenever possible.
- We are not liable for courier delays and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping Damage & Claims
- Inspect all packages on delivery. Do not accept shipments that are visibly opened or damaged.
- For freight shipments, inspect the contents before signing. Mark the bill of lading as “DAMAGED” if applicable.

SHOP ON LINE PICK-UP IN-STORE
You can place your order for in store pickup, however we will require that the person picking up the order shows government issued photo ID with the address matching the billing address of the credit card used for the purchase.
