What shipping method is used for free shipping?

Most shipments are sent with UPS, though we may use other couriers depending on the size and weight of the order.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are currently available in store only.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address, such as my workplace?

For security reasons, orders are generally shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method used at checkout.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We are able to ship only small orders to PO boxes. If at all possible we ship to physical addresses.

How can I check if an item is in stock?

Can I return an item?

Many new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Please note that machinery, special order items, and shipping charges are non-refundable. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, in-store pickup is available. You must present government-issued photo ID that matches the billing name and address used for the order. For security reasons, orders can only be picked up by the person who placed them. In store orders are usually ready for pickup within 1 business day. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.
