Due to the geography of Canada, it is difficult to provide an exhaustive list of repair and warranty centers for every tool we sell. You are welcome to contact us at any time and we will try our best to connect you with the closest repair center available. Federated Tool Supply is a retailer of power tools and accessories, and as such we are not able to provide any repair service, warranty or non-warranty.

Warranty Repairs

All warranty repairs are subject to manufacturer approval. In the event that warranty is not approved the non-warranty repair policy will apply. In order to claim a warranty, all tools that you believe may be defective must be returned prepaid, along with a copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase to the manufacturers approved service center. Warranties do not cover products that are misused, abused or that have been modified in any fashion. Normal wear and tear is also not covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Refer to manufacturer’s warranty for complete details.

All tools for warranty repair must be accompanied with a proof of purchase.
