Due to the size and geography of Canada, it is not practical to maintain a complete list of repair and warranty service centers for every product we carry.
Federated Tool is a retailer of tools and equipment, and repairs — both warranty and non-warranty — are handled directly through manufacturer-authorized service centers.

Warranty Repairs
All warranty repairs are subject to manufacturer approval. If a warranty claim is not approved, the non-warranty repair process will apply.
To submit a warranty claim, tools believed to be defective must be returned prepaid to the manufacturer’s authorized service center, along with proof of purchase.
Warranty coverage does not apply to products that have been misused, abused, or modified. Normal wear and tear is also not covered. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for complete details.
