Similar to the B888-1 modular roughing gouge, but with wings swept further back in the guise of a continental roughing gouge, further reducing the risk of any unwanted catch. A popular blade and shape, this tool is designed to cut waste material in much the same way as the ‘rougher’ and is great for reducing down square stock to round. Ideal for roughing out pen blanks.
