The V-SWAP Modular Tool Panel is a swappable tool and equipment storage organization component designed exclusively for the TECH PAC BLACKOUT and TECH PAC BLACKOUT BUILD-OUT. Informed by direct user feedback, the Modular Tool Panel pocket layout enables the swapping-out of the lower 9-pocket sub-panel. Removal of the sub-panel enables the storing of large items like cases, power tools or small tool pouches securely inside the TECH PAC BLACKOUT OR TECH PAC BLACKOUT BUILD-OUT.
