The TECH PAC MC BLACKOUT, in all-black construction, is a stealth version of our original TECH PAC MC and has the same functionality, but this bag comes with innovative V-SWAP removeable and exchangeable tool pocket panels to allow for customization. Comes with Tool and Meter Panels. Laptop and Bulk Storage panels are available and sold separately, and can be easily swapped-out, enabling tool, gear or job specific storage solutions.
