- This model has been developed based on Makita electric 16-5/16" model 5402NA.
- With 40Vmax XGT power and a purpose built genuine Makita brushless motor, the world's largest cordless circular saw can cut timbers up to 6-1/4" at 90 degrees and 4-3/16" at 45 degrees.
- Lightweight design and enhanced maneuverability
- The motor housing material has been changed from aluminum to resin, resulting in a weight reduction of 1.5kg compared with model 5402NA when a BL4050F battery is installed.
- This reduction has been achieved without compromising rigidity, ensuring the durability similar or superior to the current electric model.
- With the adoption of a brushless motor, the tool's width has been reduced by 65mm compared with model 5402NA, enhancing stability and maneuverability during blade changes.
- Includes a protective resin stand allowing for storage without damaging the tool.
- Stabilizing the stand by pressing down the recessed portion with a foot allows for easy removal of the tool from storage.
- The tool can be temporarily placed at an angle for easy access to the tool without bending over.
