External circlip pliers for installing or removing circlips on shafts. For fitting snap rings on shafts, ranging from 3 11/32" - 5 1/2". Solid style, forged. Non-slip, 45? angled solid tips. Tips are forged as one part of the tool. Pliers body and tips: chrome vanadium steel; forged, oil-hardened.
