JessEm's Clear-Cut Stock Guides help achieve safer, smoother and more precise cuts by keeping work held firmly against the fence on a router table.
- Guide rollers mounted at a 5° angle steer stock toward the fence
- One-way roller bearings prevent kickback (rollers spin only in feed direction)
- Urethane traction tires/rollers grip securely; acetal roller bodies
- Height set by a clamping knob (accepts 1/4" hex key); guides lock with a pivot knob
- Mounts to standard 1/4" T-slots on most router-table fences
- Total adjustment travel: 2-3/4" for wide boards and panels
- CNC-machined 6000-series aluminum, anodized; cold-rolled, case-hardened roller axles
- Accessory: Shop-Made Fence Mounting Kit (04216) available
- Includes: 1 infeed roller, 1 outfeed roller, 1/4" hex key
