The DEWALT DCH273B 20V MAX XR Brushless Cordless 1 in. SDS Plus Rotary Hammer (tool only) is a high-performance solution for drilling in concrete and masonry applications. Powered by a brushless motor and a durable German-engineered mechanism, it delivers 2.1 Joules of impact energy for fast, efficient drilling while maintaining a lightweight, compact design for all-day use.
Designed for professional trades, this SDS Plus rotary hammer is ideal for rod hanging, seismic and safety attachments, cable tray and strut mounting, clamp mounting, and rail mounting. As part of DEWALT’s PERFORM & PROTECT™ product line, the DCH273B features the SHOCKS™ Active Vibration Control System, reducing vibration felt at the handles compared to rotary hammers without this technology to help minimize user fatigue.
When paired with the DWH303DH On Board Extractor (sold separately), the DCH273B becomes OSHA Table 1 compliant, making it well suited for jobsite environments with strict dust control requirements. The rotating mode selector allows the user to quickly switch between Drill, Hammer Drill, and Chipping modes for added versatility across applications.
